Melius Academy and NetDragon signed Memorandum of Understanding
Melius Academy and NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited, together with its affiliate Elernity Limited, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 16 September 2026, launching a strategic partnership in artificial intelligence, digital educational technologies, and innovation.
The partnership connects NetDragon’s global technological expertise and flagship Open-Q platform with Melius Academy’s academic network in Serbia and South-Eastern Europe to explore next-generation AI study programmes and educational frameworks.
Key focus areas include co-developing standardized AI curricula, sharing operational experience from student AI innovation competitions in China, and building exchange channels for students, educators, and researchers.
As an immediate next step, both parties will co-host a joint Workshop in 2026 to define specific project priorities leading toward full implementation in the 2027 academic year.
